Refund Policy

If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund or an exchange please contact us at before you put anything in the post - we are happy to help out but are unable to accept any returns unless we have been notified in advance. If you would like to return an item (or items) that is not faulty then we ask that you cover the shipping costs we do not offer money back returns we are only able to offer a credit note, however in the rare occasions when a product may be faulty we are happy to cover the cost ourselves.

And finally, please ensure that when you return any item(s) they are in the same condition as when you received them. We will not accept returns if they have been damaged or show clear signs of use.
